Below you will find the conditions in force in the event of cancellation. The amounts shown must be paid by you. These conditions take precedence over the general terms and conditions.
Non refundable rate:
In case of cancellation, change of reservation or no-show, the charges are equal to the total price of the reservation. The total price of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking.
Standard rate:
In case of cancellation, reservation change or no-show less than 48 hours before arrival date, the cost is equal to the total price of the reservation.
Special conditions for groups(any booking from 3 rooms):
A group booking must always be paid at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, reservation change or no-show, the charges are as follows:
- Between 7 and 0 days before arrival: 100%
- Between 21 and 8 days before arrival: 50%
- More than 3 weeks before arrival: 25%
